ASSEMBLY & MACHINE BUILDING
 Our
specialist fitting department is experienced in the assembly
of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic units. The department
is run by a team of highly trained and well experienced engineers.
 Our
expertise in assembling complete units and, in many cases,
whole machines, enables us to undertake total projects from
initial design, through value engineering, component manufacture
and fabrication to assembly and final testing.
All components are cleaned, dressed and inspected prior to
assembly. Assemblies are then tested to contract requirements
in all their constituent parts, including hydraulics, fuel
injection units, electrical and moving parts.
 We
have particular expertise in the aerospace, hydraulic component
and special purpose machine tool sectors, as well as specialist
skills in assembling woodworking machines and equipment for
the optical and medical industries.
