FABRICATION & METALWORK
 Our
self-contained fabrication shop can accommodate sheet metalwork
and fabrications up to 6000mm long and 2 tonnes in weight,
including finishing. Our fabrication plant capacity includes
shearing, folding, press brake, rolling, profile cutting,
mobile plasma, fly press, disc cutter and welding machines.
We are skilled in working with stainless steels, aluminium,
carbon steels, bronze and brass, using MMA, MIG, TIG, and
synergic MIG welding machines.
 Our
welding engineers are approved to British Standard E.N. 287/288,
ASMEIX and other international approvals. Our continuous training
and assessment programme ensures that key skills are available
and that we are fully proficient in state of the art engineering
technology and processes.
 As
well as participating in the manufacture of complete machines,
the fabrication shop undertakes subcontract projects, including
tanks, control panels, machine bases and guarding, industrial
trailers and trucks, and components for materials handling.
