INVESTMENT IN CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
 We
have a schedule of planned investment in new plant, and upgrading
and refurbishing existing machinery.
This has enabled the Company to offer the most advanced CNC
and CAM equipment plus a vast repertoire of conventional machining
facilities.
Batch quantities from one-offs to thousands can be handled
cost effectively, with tolerances as low as 2 microns. We
have turning and boring capability ranging from 1mm to 1600mm,
plus planing and jig mill capacity up to 1800mm. The factory
operates a permanent nightshift and is open 20 hours a day.
All of these facilities are constantly being upgraded and
our latest list of plant equipment is published in a regularly
revised capacity list.
